Welcome!

Thank you for visiting my page.

Here, I would like to share with you what I have done, what I am doing, what I am about to do, and what I like to do as a performer.

I was born and raised in the Philippines. I moved to the US to study Vocal Performance at the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music. Now, I live in Philadelphia, pursuing my dream to make a living as a singer.

So far, I have been blessed to have an active performing career. As an opera singer, I have performed for various companies including Boston Lyric Opera, New York City Opera, Opera Philadelphia, Brandywine Baroque, Dell'arte Opera Ensemble, St. Petersburg Opera, Garden State Opera, Alter Ego Opera Company,  Opera Libera, Opera MODO, Concert Operetta Theater, Poor Richard's Opera, Center City Opera Theater, Opera New Jersey, and Opera in the Ozarks. I have enjoyed playing a wide variety of characters. My favorites include Oronte in Alcina, Rinuccio in Gianni Schicchi, Nemorino in L'elisir d'amore, Ferrando in Così fan tutte, Pedrillo in Die Entführung aus dem Serail, Mayor Upfold in Albert Herring, Gherardo in Gianni Schicchi, and Guillot de Morfortaine in Manon. I have also been fortunate to premiere a number of roles in new operas.

As a concert soloist, I have been featured in a number of large choral works and have performed with orchestras including the Chamber Orchestra of Philadelphia, Symphony in C, and the Chestnut Hill Choral Festival Orchestra. Most recently I sang as soloist for the Philadelphia Orchestra in Lena Frank's Pachamama Meets an Ode.

As a professional chorister, I have also been privIleged to sing with excellent vocal ensembles including the Philadelphia Symphonic Choir (the resident chorus of the Philadelphia Orchestra featured in Netflix's Maestro), Philadelphia Singers, Vox Ama Deus, Singing City, the Archdiocesan Choir of Philadelphia (who sang for the visit of Pope Francis to the US in 2015), Singing City, Mendelssohn Club, the choir of St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Chestnut Hill and St. John the Evangelist Church in Lambertville, NJ, among many others.

I am a founding member of the recently formed Elevation Ensemble, the flagship, all-professional performing ensemble of Elevate Vocal Arts, which specializes in showcasing many ways the human voice is used in creative and artistic expressions, fusing traditional, classical choral music with jazz, hip-hop, R&B, storytelling, and spoken word

When I am not rehearsing or performing, I teach a private roster of voice and piano students in the greater Philadelphia area.

Life as a classical musician is truly exciting and I am very much honored to share my experience with you.
